It is similar to bridges. I am currently on spironolactone + estradiol (for just over two weeks), and I will be adding dutasteride, and maybe oral minoxidil if it doesn’t cause thicker facial / body hair and bad skin, sometime this week. I will be switching the spironolactone to cyproterone acetate sometime this month too!
I actually will be making a thread documenting the results when I reach three months on the medications. I will show pictures of my hair before hair loss, during hair loss and I will showcase the results I have had per month. I’ll most likely showcase the results for a year or so, and hopefully it will help others...

Im not jumping that much in to the deep end just yet, i'd like to give spironolactone, dutasteride and minoxidil a shot for 6-12 months before trying cypro or estradiol, im hoping that will be enough. Good luck, hope your regime works for you.

to know if your ''Alpha Male'' developpement is FULLY finished... watch how with these drugs.. its a lifetime commitment. You gotta ask yourself if you are willing to take a feminizing female hormone for the rest of your life (or until you want to keep you hair).

I have never been an alpha male, or had the appearance of one. I naturally have typical female characteristics, so I'm used to a more feminised appearance. It is a lifetime commitment, but so is taking finasteride. I am willing to take a feminizing female hormone if it allows me to have beautiful hair...
