Finasterides Effects On Age Related Thinking?

Age related thinning (damn autocorrect)* but anyways just curious if finasteride would help with age related thinning... Like would it make hair healthier and thicker even if you don't have male pattern baldness.

Finasteride is never worth it, because there will always be more side effects than desired effects. It's never the other way around.
