I dunno if it looks a lot worse when you grow it out or something, but at the moment finasteride is more than enough for your hair IMO. I wouldn't be worrying about spironolactone or anything just yet, I can't even tell you are balding with a shaved head...

well when i grow it out it looks diffused , not HORRIBLE but bad like i cant spike it because you can tell im diffuse , like i got thin hairs and thick ones i just need it to thicken up and im using spironolactone on my left temple where the hairs are thinning there

could i use spironolactone on my whole scalp too?

With a shaved head you could use the cream all over, no worries. I've read a few stories where spironolactone thickened up some thin hair, so it is definitely worth a shot I reckon.

I think Folligen is meant to thicken up vellus hairs as well, so maybe look into that?
I'd say with finasteride and spironolactone though you will be pretty set, should stop the balding I reckon.

How come you had to stop minoxidil? It would work well on your diffuse thinning.

I agree, it doesn't look like you're balding at all in that shot. Although I don't advocate it, finasteride along with Nizoral shampoo and topical spironolactone should keep you from losing anything else and may thicken if you need it.
