Finasteride Side Effects Go Away? (seven Word Thing)

Hey guys im 23 years old, im on 1/5 Proscar for 12 days, and im using minoxidil (added dutasteride) with dermastamp for 2.5 month and im on ketoral, my hair is much better, even get hairs on my hairline, but the problem is for 2 days my erection is not hard as before as and my semen is watery because of finasteride.
My question is if i keep using finasteride this side effects will go away or what should i do? Thanks...

I got sides (watery semen and painful ejaculation) within a few weeks of starting
They didn't go away until I stopped taking finasteride personally (I was on it for about 14 months)
Painful ejaculation fixed itself fast, watery semen took forever. Still not sure it's back to normal tbh
