Every week in our local paper another story of un happy customers

yeah! it's only been the last 3 or 4 years since our postal system went tits up, we used to have two deliveries a day, but round here it's only one now, there are some parts of London that get their mail delivered once a week !!!!

Can't you Americans invade or something and sort it out ?

That is crazy time!! The U.K. needs to work something out.

I must say that although our system in the states isnt perfect, it works really well. I have never had a letter lost in the mail, and considering the amount of mail the postal system must go through, that is pretty incredible. How they track and sort all of it is a mystery to me...
