Yeah normally the sides don't experience the same level of irritation. Have you tried aloe vera?

I used the ketoconazole shampoo 3-4 times a week for 6-7 months.
The least shedding was frontline, I have very aggressive hair shedding on top
doctor recommended minoxidil, i can't use minoxidil because it makes my head very itchy

You can "drink" a few drops of topical minoxidil.

Yes, the doctor diagnosed with dermatitis. I used ketoconazole shampoo but it made it worse. I have been using rouccutane for 7 months, it has relieved a little, I have been using finasteride for 2 weeks, it has increased both shedding and burning and itching.
