Hello my fellow warriors,

I'm close to hit the 4 month completion using finasteride.
Do you think this is good results and I'm a responder?
I always used minoxidil but it gave me bad skin and black bag eyes.
I quit it after 1 year.
Minoxidil did close to nothing. Only some small baby hairs that never went terminal.
I switched to nanoxidil and I have no more bad skin.
I started finasteride as last resort option. First did 0.5mg every day for 2 months, but I had side effects like testicilar pain and mild depression. Now I do every other day and I feel normal / healthy.

I really hope I can regrow my temples back. If not I will consider a hair transplant in like 1 year from now.

My question is: What is the hairloss on the white dots? (pic 2)
I Asked my docter once and he told me it was eczema.
I use ketazol shampoo 1-2x per week and its a bit better I think.. not sure tho.

Full stack:

-0.5mg finasteride every other day
-Veta shampoo
-Ketazol shampoo
-Theradome laser helm every other day
-multi vit
-vit d3
-fish oil
-1x per week hairmask (olive oil, 1 whole egg, honey, avocado) -> Does wonders for healthy hair!

And ofcourse very healthy diet with 5x fitness per week (fierce 5 excersice plan)

Have a nice day

(sorry about bad english)

Have a nice day.

It does seem to be working or your hair is longer. We need more pictures.

Sports are great but remember that overtraining can cause systemetic inflammation. Inflammation leads to hairloss. Try to find the sweet spot. Its different for everybody.

What is the benefit of it?

This are my results so far, around 5 months in to finasteride.
I'm happy with every hair I gain. I think I will see full effect after month 8-12.
Its working very slowly.
I added a derma roller and 2g collagen to my routine now.

Peace

When I make eggs or eating avocado's, I aply some of it to my hair also.
