Finasteride + Minoxidil + Nizoral Not Working. What Next?

Hi all,

I've been on finasteride, Min and Nizoral for 7 months.

My hair loss has sped up - no shedding now but especially in the past 2 months it has worsened dramatically and now looks worse every day, genuinely.

I have taken the decision to stop Minoxidil as I'm certain this is aggravating the situation. Something isn't right. So for the past week I'm on Finasteride only and still seeing dramatic receding.

I have no idea what to do next. Do I ditch the finasteride as well and just hope for the best and that they didn't work for me?

Advice would be greatly appreciated.

those 3 medications are best for stopping hair loss and for regrowing hair.

unless youre a norwood 4+ already then yeah stop using them

I'm Norwood 1-2 but sure that Minoxidil has worsened the situation. Dry hair and increased rate of loss.

where you a norwood 1-2 before?

Yeah, much stronger hairline previously.
