I have very mild epilepsy - unknown cause (only 3 seizures in my life). It is controlled with Lamotrigine (300mg daily). I’m considering taking finasteride for my thinning/receding temples.

Has anyone here had any experience with Lamotrigine and finasteride? Or epilepsy and finasteride? finasteride was the only thing giving me a sliver of hope, and I’m afraid that I won’t be able to take it now.

Are there any other treatment plans I should consider if I’m not able to take finasteride?
