Finasteride for Dupa?

Hey guys, Im new here, just wondering; has anyone with DUPA (Diffuse Unpatterned Alopecia), basically thinning all over including the back and sides had any success using finasteride?? Apparently its not related to DHT but its worth a try, right?
Any feedback would be much appreciated!
