Finasteride Effects on Greasy Hair, Dandruff, Acne?

Did any of you experience the welcome side effects of finasteride clearing up acne and reducing flakes, greasy skin and greasy hair? If you have, did it stay that way, or did the problems eventually come back after using finasteride for a while?

I remember HairLossTalk.com posting "For people with acne it can be good for your sking, but for peopel with perfect skin it completely dries it out"

I also remember one of the many posters who complained about finasteride causing acne saying "After I realised the acne was giving me scars, i dug around, and it seems like people who get acne from propecia pretty much have a permanent problem with it"
