Finasteride Causing Hormonal Issues ?

i know about the possible sexual side effects but for some reason when I take it I feel bloated in face and neck. Slight weight gain. Possibly with blood work coming back great? What could cause this if anything. Can finasteride raise estrogen? My blood profile was actually ok. Trying figure out what hormones it can change

the best thing is to try to add some DIM 200-300mg/d supplement and some zinc15to30mg/d to help metabolizing bad estrogen and compensate the imbalance , taking a new drug to reduce side effects can lead to more serious problems
