finasteride, anti aging properties?

After a little over 3 months on finasteride I've noticed my skin is smoother than ever and I no longer have an oily face after a long day. Is there a relation to overall skin quality and finasteride?

Coincidences dont mean finasteride causes it. You can find patterns in slot machines but it doesnt mean there actually are any

I've heard finasteride does great things for people with oily skin and people who are prone to acne and such. Then again, finasteride does occasionally cause increased estrogen levels which could account for some of those changes. You're probably fine but just keep an eye out for things like gyno

I'm sure I've read posts about people experiencing such things on dutasteride. Also, people have posted that their eyebrows and eyelashes became fuller. Overall, dutasteride gave them a more 'youthful' appearance.

Your response is make sense since the dutasteride is much more powerful than finasteride , I would say it has twice power when it comes to regrowth from the studies.

I live in the American Gardens Building on W. 81st Street on the 11th floor. My name is Patrick Bateman. I'm 27 years old. I believe in taking care of myself and a balanced diet and rigorous exercise routine. In the morning if my face is a little puffy I'll put on an ice pack while doing stomach crunches. I can do 1000 now. After I remove the ice pack I use a deep pore cleanser lotion. In the shower I use a water activated gel cleanser, then a honey almond body scrub, and on the face an exfoliating gel scrub. Then I apply an herb-mint facial mask which I leave on for 10 minutes while I prepare the rest of my routine. I always use an after shave lotion with little or no alcohol, because alcohol dries your face out and makes you look older. Then moisturizer, then an anti-aging eye balm followed by a final moisturizing protective lotion.

Haha that would've been the icing on the cake if he had finished the sentence with "For my hair, I take 1 mg of finasteride as a prophylactic measure against androgenetic alopecia".

Well, if finasteride/dutasteride increase estrogen levels, in theory that will be good for the skin and give you a more youthful look
