I was reading up on the various studies about Finasteride sides and what stuck out the most was how the more serious sides seem have inconclusive findings. I'm referring to things such as cancer risk, dementia and long term/permanent sexual sides. Sure, ther's nothing in the findings that says ther's a high chance of getting anything this serious from taking finasteride (otherwise nobody would take it) however ther's also nothing to tell us exactly how likely you are of developing these sides. They just don't seem to know and ther's also some conflicting information in the various studies. Furthermore, some of the articles listing the potential sides for finasteride don't even mention these particular sides; It's almost like because the findings for these sides were inconclusive they don't matter!
Why do people think this is? Is it perhaps because the drug hasn't been around long enough to fully understand the long term effects? Maybe more studies need to be done. I don't know about you guys but I don't like being unsure about things like cancer and dementia.
