Finasteride and other hormones

Does anybody knows if Finasteride alters/changes other hormones like the thyroid ones (TSH, T3, T4) ?

I am going to do a complete hormonal panel soon, but also want to resume my finasteride regimen. So, I don't want to alter any results (other than T, DHT, etc)..

No, as far as I am aware Finasteride only reduces DHT which in turn slightly raises both Testosterone and Estrogen. Other hormones go unchecked but really if you are testing this for yourself a forum is not the best place to ask. Consult with your doctor or failing that do the research on your own.

I don't like it when people say that, yes it's true but DHT is utilised completely differently to testosterone in the body. One is incredibly important for men and the other really is not. Saying DHT is five times more potent, whether intended or not, can scare people away from Anti Androgens for no solid reasoning.
