Update. There is a lot of Regrowth I guess. Especially in the Middle of the scalp and a bit in the Crown(which isnt that big). I also recognized that my hair isnt falling of any more so I assume iam Stable now. I hope that my hair structure will thicking up a bit.
I also consulted a lot of good doctors and they think that I am a good candidate and will need about 4,5k Grafts.

Thanks, I guess I will add something heavy up March 2018 for a half year, some bad HRT Treatmens and then maintain with finasteride
