finasteride and liver function

I just had a blood test to increase my permanent health insurance levels.

and all was ok except my bilirubin levels were high. about 38 in a normal range of 0-22

I am on finasteride and a doctor friend of mine tells me that it is almost certainly that causing the high level, but I am going to get a full liver function test carried out.

what else can i use that might not cause this problem

I am using rogaine foam

I also have a load of old p r oc e r i n I bought and never used. (is it worth using this whilel i come off the propecia?)

What about this spirolactone stuff? is there a brand name ..do you guys rate it?
