finasteride Affecting Athletic Performance?

I'm a student athlete right now (19) and I was wondering how much you think finasteride would affect my athletic performance. I run track so I feel like something like finasteride would really sh*t all over my athletic performance because of how anabolic DHT is. Does Ru58841 work nearly as well as finasteride?

DHT has very little anabolic potential and is a more tissue specific hormone (converted into DHT in the scalp, works in the scalp). Unlike Testosterone which is mainly produced in the testicles, works in many places in the body. Testosterone+Estrogen and various other things are what grows and maintains muscle mass. DHT gets heavily deactivated in the muscles.
