Finasteride(1mg) Side effects and questions

Hello everyone

I'm new here (and english is not my first language so forgive me for any spelling mistakes).

i've been using Finasteride (1mg) for 1 month now (prescribed by my dermatologist), and besides some strength lost in my erections i have no other sides effects, so here come my questions:
· Am i wrong to think that with time in 2/3 months or a bit more my erections will go back to normal? should i take some supplements? and if yes what should i take?
· I've been reading about Post finasteride Syndrome, on the interent (mostly Reddit), and i know that it's not been proven yet to be a "real" thing but reading about it, and the comments of some users and their experiences scared me quite a bit, so should i be worried or is something extremely rare and it won't happen? how can it be prescribed so easily if there are some serious consequences albeit extremely rare?

I can only say in my experience taking 1mg EOD for over 10 years I didn't experience much in terms of sexual side effects, other than watery semen. Best supplement for erections is hot women, if you can't get them at least picture them in your head if your gf is a hag.
I hope PFS isn't real.

finasteride gave me clumpy yellowish transparent semen and close to retrograde ejaculation. Its poison to my body and so is dutasteride. I blocked so much dht on dutasteride that my semen turned to 1 drop. Hairfall reduced but hair got twice as thin after 1.5 years anyway. So dht blockers dont work on me. Was also on finasteride for a few months same sexual sides as dutasteride and no improvements to hair. Atm im on zero treatments for months. I have pfs btw its REAL.
