Has anyone tried it? I've had side effects on once daily so was thinking if anyone can share their insight into this. Or would you recommend 0.5mg daily?

What sides? Not a user myself but seems like 0.5mg per day would be a better try... Rather then swinging up and down your hormone curve.

I thought that too but a few doctors recommend it 3 times a week as DHT can be sue pressed for up to 4 days after taking 1 pill.
