Finansteride long term side effects?

I was just wondering if any of you guys in here has been on finasteride for 5+ years? If so can you feel a difference from before you were taking finasteride? If yes how does it affect your everyday life, and does having hair mean more to you than the side effects?

If you started finasteride tomorrow then CB would be out within 3 years give or take. So then its no longer a choice between sides and hair. You probably wont need to be on finasteride for more then 3 or 4 years before something better

Its one of many future treatments being worked on. Needless to say your probably not going to be on finasteride for more then 5 years if you started tomorrow although future treatments will be more expensive so you have to consider that too.
