My advice whenever something sounds promising is to do thorough research on the company. Try doing a Google search with "Gulf Biomedical Corporation", the name of the organization in question, and see your results.

I did and you will come up with the same press release posted on Yahoo Finance by the marketing firm they hired. Nothing else.
