If anyone is in Israel and needs a stylist who can do a cut-in, or just a cut with your hair system, Snir Aharon of Snir and Meir is your guy.
He is not cheap, charges ₪100 for a standard haircut but ₪300 for a hair system, which is not cheap for Israel. He does do an amazing job.
