infact real me is a better than the picture, reason might be the reflection from scalp, on the other hand i would be happy if you p clarify "bad graft distibution". Did you notice smt unusual? Mrs. Kulahci is one of the best surgeon for years how come she made a basic mistake ?

one of the best surgeon? Wow, she is too young to say that, don't you think? Anyway I strongly desagree. I've been looking for a surgeon for 15 months and this is the very first time I hear of her. I know, does not mean anything but I'm quite up to date in terms of doctors.

If you find a case where grafts have the same distribution as yours, please refer to me. Your distribution is "in line" which will lead in "doll hair" (don't know if this expression exists in English)
She can do good jobs but we all know Koray is the only one that worth a consultation.

She is in her early fifties and has a global reputation in hairloss surgery. On the other even the possiblity of having "doll hair" made me quite anxious. I would be very happy if you check web site of transmed and kulahci and give us your sincere opinion.
I can't see any recent case on her website (there are barely 3 videos and all quite old), can you provide me with any video pre, op, and post op? Anyway I would never trust videos from a clinic's website. Always first thing to do before choosing a surgeon is check cases and cases, talk if possible with any of those patiences (there are a spanish, italian and german forums full of cases and helpful people) and finally have a consultation (not online).
The first thing that made refuse this clinic is the fact they use Artas (as many clinics in Turkey do) top doctors extract manually, look what ARTAS does on your donor area https://www.recuperarelpelo.com/foro/viewtopic.php?f=16&t=62990&hilit=artas this guy needed 5 months to get his donor area good looking (but not healthy).
About the "doll hair" this is just a conjecture, I've never seen such ¿arrange? graft placement, maybe I talked too fast, lets see how you improve and of course I'm going to give her a shot. I guess your goals are quite conservatives and whit hair on your first line (is this what you call 'hairline'?) will give to your face a big transformation which is just perfect.

Another issue when these random clinics is they have no inherit concept of aesthetics, dimensions and how to properly distribute grafts so the patient can evolve in a positive way.
He's going to look like an absolute fool once it grows out, realising there is no density, and his scalp looks like a cobweb.
This is the problem with these chop shop FUE doctors.
When you are working on a Norwood 5,6, 7 the grafts need to be side weighting if you want to give the maximum effect on density, and appearance while preserving both donor availability for future, and aesthetics.
this guy is left with an over harvested donor, and now he will have to live with a see-through plug appearance. Where as he could of fully restored the hairline with reasonable density, and went backwards gradually. See Joe tillman for an example of the sideweight when you are grafts are limited.
