Finally got my Sebderm under control and was able to start topical finasteride/Min. Is it too late? age 35

You can try for a year. At best you will grow back some hair, at worst it will maintain what you currently have.

Also how did you get your sebderm under control? I have a mild case on my scalp and ears.

I would love to get rid of it.
