Ok so 3 weeks ago i decided to part with some cash and have one final attempt at saving my hair...im 26...and have been losing my hair since i was 19 probably...i started this programme 3 weeks ago.....
Ru 5% twice a day - (though some people say once is enough
minoxidil 5% - twice a day
Nizoral - twice a week
finasteride - 2.5mg every other day
Revita shampoo
Hair max laser comb - 4 times a week for 30 mins each
Optional - dutasteride, azelic Acid.....
Its going towards point of no return and its become very depressing that there is not much i can do....i dont think i am a great responder to finasteride but i have dutasteride in reserve but i responded badly last time with very bad headaches and heart issues....so thats not an option......i havent tried CB yet though i here some good things.....so heres hoping....i will update every month on here......
So wish, me luck, a big step in itself for me to post these pics on here, but im desperate to beat this i really am....i might need some blood work done as well to see what i am up against but in the UK it so bloody expensive...its a £100 to get a DHT blood test at private hospital....
Anyway any suggestions or advice would be greatly appreciated.
By the way i know im not at a terrible stage, im at the stage where if nothing works now, i probably will never have a full head of hair and as i said in my 30's 40's not so bothered but for my twenties i want to keep my hair or at least maintain it.

First 3 weeks.....big shedding, the hairs which were weakening at the hairline are falling out very easily...without even having to tug....now i assume this is because of what i am taking, but i dont know weather the hair is dying or its going to into a cycle and the medication is working....i dont know how long RU takes to kick in...
