Hi...

This is a question for people that have had "SUCCESS" on filling in the temples. I am on the Big 3. Temples not filling in after the 1yr mark (nearly). Can somebody who has tried, tested and knows the score about managing to restore the hairline and temples reveal their regime?

Just some advice please.

Thanks

finten, if you don't respond to minoxidil, try xandrox 15 from Dr. Lee. Xandrox 15 rocks for the temples. I have new hair in my temples after 5 years because of xandrox 15. Though it is not dense, I have got hairs all over my scalp with xandrox 15 in the evening and xandrox 5 in the morning. I use finasteride also.

My regimen:
* 1/4 Proscar Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday - no sides at all.
* 2% Rogaine twice a day for two months, then switched to 5% Minoxidil
* Tricomin once a day
* 2% Nizoral, sometimes every day, sometimes every second day
* 1 Multivitamin a day
* 1 Kelp tablet a day
* L'Oreal Vive Thickening Shampoo every day
* L'Oreal Thickening Gel when I go out
* Positive attitude

My temples have filled in quite nicely. But everyone's recovery is different and I sadly believe that not everyone will respond to the big 3.

I think my lasercomb is giving me regrowth around my temples.

I was losing ground with propecia only... after switching to Dutasteride, with xanadrox 12.5 at the temples and minoxidil 5% elsewhere I have had some change of the temple contour with fine blond hair filling in and moving the hairline foreward about 1 cm. The frontal hairline is not affected yet (at all) but the temple peaks are filling in some.

I have those fine blond hairs popping up on my temples as well and i use only proscar right now. I'm hoping they fill in a bit but this area seems to be the hardest to recover when it comes to male pattern baldness. I know that transplants can fill them in fine but when i lose the rest of my hair and i have to shave it i don't want scars or hair patches.

very nice with all the great temple stories..!!! Ive started spironolactone and crinagen (bought by mistake) today, and will also add fluridil when it arrives... I hope i can just push my temples 0.5 cm forward..! Then i have a perfect hairline again!!!
