Bump...

would like to hear of more ways to combat collagen accumulation, which I think is the biggest obstacle in achieving regrowth. Pgd2 increases collagen, Pge2, minoxidil inhibits. What else, topically?

vitamin D,E,k2,A to stop calcification

vitamin C and gelatin/lysine to form proper collagen

serrapeptase, papain , bromelain to remove the old fibrosis and old protein build up.
Bromelain literally tenderises steak in BBQ houses.

massage and dermarolling to further break down the old protein/fibrosis

things not using but in theory work
- MSM, taurine, Salycylic acid, acid peels on the scalp, aloe vera,
random vitamins,
topicla caffeine, topical vitamin b3 .

None of them are shown to remove the old fibrosis.

'[...] dermarolling to further break down the old protein/fibrosis'

From the original post:

'The thickening of collagen in the connective tissue sheath, which sits around the base of the hair follicle, prevents the movement of stem cells from the lower reservoir to the upper reservoir.'

I'm guessing one would require a formidably long needle/penetration?
But I suppose the follicle's miniaturisation might bring its base nearer the scalp's surface.
