ive been feeling good lately in general and hairwise but today i feel bad about my hair i realised i lost alot and i dont think i will get as much hair as i want ,the biggest problem with not having enough hair for me is that i start obssesing about other things to compansate ,i dont want to do it but i just cant help it if i had all my hair i would be so much more relaxed about other crap
the "funny" thing is my hair has always been crapy anyways it was just unstylable ever so even if i do get it back it wont be really nice
ah just wanted to complain a bit i think by tommorrow ill feel better
(im sure when ill get some sensi ill feel better)

Just do an activity that you like and you'll forget about it in no time.

I play football (Soccer). Gets my mind off my problems every time.

At least you don't have puffy feet.

. . . or webbed toes!

I'm over feeling shitty about my hair. I still get disgusted on a really bad hair day - or get pissed when I see my hairline taking another step back - but those intital days of being depressed and not wanting to go out public are long gone.

It is what it s.

where are you at these days roki? still having luck with rogaine foam?

i'm still slowly seeing progress but man the waiting is sure killing me. time for a haircut in the next couple of days i do imagine, then i can really see where i'm at. i've been trying hard not to think about it and just to keep my mind busy on other things...so far it's been a good week since i've cared about my hair...but there has also been alot of hat wearing this week.

I can see more and more small hairs filling out under my normal hair, I still don't know how long they'll grow but it's still really promising, the wait is a killer but I'm sure it'll be worth it. This time next year we will all look like Terry Mike.

I've had success with my regimen but I still have bad hair days in which I feel like utter sh*t.

Keep your head up bro, you'll be fine as long as you follow your treatment.

i think the regrowth from the foam is slowing down because every time it gets too puffy for me i take one evenning break ,my hair is better then before ,no doubt but i can see i still have a long way
the problem is accepting the situation which i just havent done yet, instead im just wating for improvment (not very healthy i know),its not like i stopped living but i get my down times every other week or so
i spend maybe half an hour a day treating facial hair which im sure contributes to my obsession
i plan to order a bunch of cool hats from e-bay because i only have one cool hat and its getting old (i dont wear them when im inside though)

Do you take pictures? Pictures show me my progress. I'm 39, so I'm not shooting for a big head of hair like Simon Cowell or something, I'm just hopping for crown coverage and no bald patches. We'll see how it goes, but so far it's a ton better than last Xmas.
