Full disclosure, I just created this account now and this is indeed my first post on here. I have been a longtime viewer of this site and also another similar one for years. I am a longtime customer of Proctors, was of Lee's Xandrox, etc.

I'm in talks with some fellow Entrepreneurs in SF and we doing some early market research. We are wondering if people would find it useful to have a functional beverage (5hr energy type shot) that included Saw Palmetto and Pumpkin Seed Extract being the main actives Do people think this would do well in the marketplace? What if it was sent out as a monthly shipment?

I'm well aware that SP is not as potent as finasteride, dutasteride, and many others, but for the natural solution, its quite simple...would this sell?

Any feedback and suggestions are huge and appreciate the help from the community!

I don't think anybody would actually buy it. People buy 5 hr energy for 5 hours of energy. People buy weight gaining drinks to gain weight. People buy these for their effectiveness, not taste(usually). The effects of these can usually be felt or seen within a short amount of time. I highly doubt anybody would waste their money on a hair health beverage, when they really wouldn't be able to see the results. Yeah SW and Pumpkin Seed Extract might be beneficial to hair, but when it comes to hair loss treatments it comes down to documented results. Unless you have those, I wouldn't expect many people to buy your product.
