Fear Of Loosing Hair Please Help Me

I just wanted to know am I going bald or it’s just normal hair shedding
I am not able to sleep at night just because of fear of loosing hair I’ve attached 2 photos of my hair wet,dry please tell me shall I worry or not

Ask someone who has known you for a long time, your family, if you've always had that spot. That doesn't look like male pattern baldness to me.

If you really think you're losing hair I suggest finasteride. It blocks the hormone responsible and has been proven effective for most men.

Minoxdil works as well but just stimulates growth, ultimately the hair will still fall out after a few years.

Does any of your close male relatives are bald? Dad,uncle,maama ,chaachaa ,chachere bhai?
If yes they go to doctor and treat it. I think it is male pattern baldness started .
