Hello

My father is NW6. He strangely had a good amount of hair till he was 40-45. He lost his hair around his 50s until he went from roughly NW1,5 to NW6.
His father also had NW6 when he died. My fathers' 2 brothers both have good hair status with full hair on top.

The family of my mother is granted with very good hair, all males are NW0, from young to old. The father of my mother also had full hair when he died.

Now I am afraid of losing hair because of the hair history of my father and my paternal grandpa. Will i finally go bald if my father also is bald?

I am 21. So my questions are: Will I go bald if my father is bald and can you see some signs of Hair loss in the photos? (Don't be irritated because of the line, it is a razored parting by myself)

You won't necessarily go bald if your father is bald, especially if there is no history of hair loss on your mother's side of the family.

There is absolutely no sign of hair loss on your pictures.

You are currently a NW0 just like your father was. If you are able to keep the majority of your hair like your father did into his 40's, I would say you have it pretty good. Come back in a couple of decades, I am sure by then there will be more treatment options. I hear we should have a cure within the next 5 years or so.

You have black hair, and moste Scandinavians have blonde hair ? Is your mother from somewhere outside Sweden meaning you maybe have orginis and genes form Mediterranean and South Europe genetic pool since they tend to have less Androgenetic Alopecia since you've mentioned all your male relatives on mother side have NW0 hairline which is very uncommon for Caucasians. In that case you are blessed because AR gene which determines sensitivity of your scalp hair is inherited by X chromosome from your mother.

Do you have body hair ? And what about your father, is he from Scandinavia (blonde hair), does he have body hair ?

My parents are from Pakistan. That's why I look like this, sorry about missing that point :)

My father has pretty much body hair and also a really dense beard. I, however, almost have no body hair and my facial hair is almost not existing really.
