We all know that fat is important for not only our health but also our hair. Fat consumption creates what are called prostaglandins; super hormones that regulate everything inside the body. Balancing these prostaglandins are key to not only our general health but more importantly our hair growth. Today I came across an interesting web-site that explains the pathways that fat takes and what prostaglandins they create and to what effect each prostaglandin does. I learned a lot from this web-site and I plan on using the knowledge to better my regimen and health.
Warning:::This web-site advacates adkins-type diets (Low carb, high fat and high protein diets). Out of personal experiance, I had the worst hair loss of my life on this type of diet. I personally recomend the Anti-Inflammatory diet and the Anti-Estrogenic diet, even thou they are basically identical.
