It's very hard, since those shitty people are the majority out there, but it's not like I've got much of a choice, if I want to stay sane. Thank you.

The best thing is to reduce contact with them down as close to nil as possible.

I've just about gotten them completely out of my life. My contact with them is
so minimal that they have little chance to annoy me now. I haven't been offended
