Eyebrow implants/thickening (male pattern baldness related)?

AFAIK only the "mean guy/alpha male" look works for the baldies.
It seems that to get that look, guys need thick eyebrows. Mine are thin and "weak".
Eyebrows are an essential part of the look of a face (women know this)

Anyone in the same situation? Anyone considered eyebrow implants?

I had a bad scar on my face after some schoolyard combat as a child which left me with only half an eyebrow on one side.

I had some hairs transplanted and both eyebrows tattooed and it's nearly impossible to tell now (you literally have to look at them with a magnifying glass to see they are not 100% natural).

How is the upkeep? I gather transplanted hair grows at a different rate than normal eyebrow hairs?

At first they grew like mad and needed to be trimmed every couple of weeks, they have calmed down now though and seem to be growing at the same rate as the other hairs.

I have no idea why though, I would have expected them to always grow like head hairs.
