eyebrow and beard hair loss

Hi to everyone on the forums, hope somebody will be able to help me out.

This is my situation, in the last 3 months I lost about 30% of my eyebrows and my beard hair.
Some of my beard and eyebrow hair had lost it's pigment and are now yellow(blonde), it used to be black.
Ocasionally I have some mild itchiness under my eyebrow and beard hair.
Also I have some mild dandruff under eyebrows and beard, but it's really mild.
No redness whatsoever.
My last symptom is that my beard and eyebrow hair had become dry and somewhat curly.

Hair on my scalp is COMPLETELY normal (hadn't noticed any changes).

Blood tests, cbc mostly normal, all OK except MCV 78(normal 80-100) and red blood cells 6,04 (I looked at my older blood tests that are 3 and 7 years old and MCV and red blood cells where about the same)
-differential, serum iron , ferritin, crp, thyroid all OK
-liver tests AST ALT GGT all OK except bilirubin 65 (normal range 5-20) - this is somewhat normal for me as I have Gilbert's syndrome.

I'm 25 year old male.

What do you make of this, could it be sheborreic dermatitis, demodex infection, alopecia areata, telogen effluvium...
What could be causing the hair loss, what do you think?
Thanks for helping.

"I have Gilbert's syndrome". I hope you're aware that Gilbert's Syndrome isn't an actual proper diagnosis, it's simply a fancy way for saying that you have high bilirubin concentrations. I had been diagnosed with gilbert's about 10 years ago and have always had a scraggly beard with thin eyebrows. About a month ago I was finally diagnosed with gluten sensitivity and about two weeks later my bilirubin values were almost completely back to normal.

There were other factors in my blood test this time that were off besides just my bilirubin values but this was after almost overdosing on gluten for a couple of years. Although with the severe onset of your symptoms I'd question whether your situation is similar to how mine was in the past. How long ago were you diagnosed with gilbert's?

I was diagnosed with Gilbert about 9 years ago, each time I had a blood test in the past years bilirubin was beethween 30-40, this time it was 65.

Do you think my problem is systemic or local.
My opinion is that it's some local issue, because other hair on my body is not involved.
I know different hormones can affect different hair on our bodies but since my pubic hair is OK I've excluded androgens - am I right on this.

I've always had fairly dense beard and eyebrows.
Also I haven't had any changes in my life in the past couple of years, same diet, same daily routine...

What are the possible diseases that could cause facial hair to turn from black to yellow, i guess something is interrupting melanin production?
If it was inflammation causing the hair loss wouldn't there be some redness?

Impossible to tell if it's systemic or localized over the net obviously. I will say this though: my hair was affected at different time spans. My pubic hair has never had disruptions or problems with growth/color. My hairs occasionally go blond (normally dark brown) in my beard/eyebrows and scalp and my beard/eyebrows/chest hair were affected long before my hairline was. All of this crap is slowly clearing up after treatment for gluten sensitivity.

Inflammation is totally possible without discoloration but inflammation isn't the cause of anything, it's a symptom.

Not sure if I overlooked it in your post, but did you have your total protein tested? Low available protein can cause loss of pigmentation of hair as well. Also, how dense of chest hair do you have?
