Extending minoxidil use(frontal only so far) to whole scalp(on finasteride already)

I'm on finasteride plus minoxidil at the front. Since being on finasteride I have stopped my hair loss I'd like to recover some more density on top(barely a difference) but I'm afraid it would do much and only make my whole scalp minoxidil dependant instead of just the front.

Basically it'd be worth it if there was some regrowth for better density but I'd hate to just make my whole scalp dependant to this ****. I regret not having started with finasteride much sooner and ever touching minoxidil but now I'm hooked on that crap.
