experienced minoxidil users

i just started using it so heres the thing............
i shower at night anyways so, im gonna start out at just once a day application, so what do you think about me applying after dinner and let it sit for a good hour and then shower at my normal time???????
im trying to avoid any flaking or sh*t like that if at all possible,
also do i use the spironolactone after or before minoxidil????

p.s diffuse thinners have you had good results with minoxidil and has it taken you a while, and did you notice a shed that was obvious to your looks (i know you noticed it but did it make your hair look less "dense")

Using minoxidil once a day with one hour sit time is likely not going to work. The tested schedule is twice a day for 4 hours sit time.

yea, u have to let it stay on ure head for at least 4 hours. SOoooo no showers or swimming, or getting your head really wet. so apply it in the morning or like an hour before supper...but u should really use it twice a day too
