Exosomes For Regrowth, Anyone Know Anything About This?

I ran across a video on exosomes as a injection treatment for hair regrowth, I guess its early but it is sapose to be promising. Anyone have any knowledge of this?

Yes it's being advertised by some doctor on youtube. At best it's a stimulant not much better than PRP, at worst it's a complete scam.
