Dutasteride is basically finasteride but it has a higher chance of upregulation. I’ve never seen someone have improved results going from finasteride to dutasteride, but I have seen people get worse results when switching including myself

Ye dutasteride thinned my hair faster than finasteride did. Being off both drugs has put my hair on pause.

Just take the recommended Duasteride dose.. Don’t need to increase it. When I first tool it I noticed a growth spurt almost immediately.. then slowed down.
Now move on to next step..
