EXCESS ANTIOXIDANTS

Hi all!.
Over the years i've started using antioxidants.
first C, thenC+E, to finally arrive at a mix: c+e+betacarotene+ etc+etc
I've even increased doses.

But over the last few years i feel: more fatigued, prone to coughs and throat aches, slight balding.Being hairy all over the body, i've even
notice thinning of hairs on my eyebrows, chest! -meaning something systemic going on.

Then i started researching about EXCESS of antioxidants and probably
i'm getting TOO MUCH OF A GOOD THING. example Nitric Oxide is pro
oxidant but important for hair growth: antioxidants may blunt NO down..

So ive just started reducing antioxidants and i'll experiment what happens.
