today i am very depressed. i realise that in one year and 1 mounth on many treatment i didnt been able to stop the f*****g hairloss. i tried propecia, dercos aminexil, crescina re grow, dercos hairloss aminexil shampoo, nizoral, many vitamins pills, green tea. All that medications didn t worked for me, only propecia worked a little bit in the beggining at the firsts 6 mounths and than stopped. i still using almost all the treatment and dreaming one day... maybe one day i can wake up and be happy to be alive, have strenght to work, go out with friends...you know what i am talking about. I just have one question! Why me? why it cant happen to my neighbour? i just dont deserv this. i am too young!

what i observed ..
its always too young to have hair loss. unless and until you are in mid 40's

i am 28, and people are saying look at the people who go bald at early 20's.


so we can never be happy..

Add Minoxidil.

If you want significant regrowth, that's the only way you'll get it.

i dont know why finasteride is not resulting so good to me now. i am on it only 1 year and 1 mounth. it lower the efficacy in 2 years. do you guys think dudasteride is a good step? i dont like very much minoxidil becouse you became a slave of that, the ideia have to apply that 2 times every day is very bad.

I'm not going to sit behind my keyboard and tell you that things will get better.. but i will tell you that you have to play the cards that are delt to you.

your doing all you can, that's all you can do. consider a hair transplant maybe? I feel your pain man.. i have to deal with a disgusting hairline with see though hair at age 26.

my head is too big to buzz and i have horrible complextion.

I'd rather be a slave to Minoxidil and have hair than be bald without.

i can feel your pain too. i have 2elder brothers and out of the 3 of us, i am the only one suffering from hairloss. many time i felt sad, depress and ask "why me??".. i felt so bad that i have low self-confidence in front of others and tried to hide my problem. it a terrible time to go through. not to mention i have slight speech problem. it really make you look like a fool.

in my country, all male have to do national service for 2years and while in army, very often you have to cut your hair short. so shaving your hair is not really the thing to do in my country. i tried shaving and got lots of negative comment.

slowly i am learning how to accept thing. not a very easy thing to do. i am 24year old and i should not be fighting all this negative feeling but enjoying myself. but what can i do.. *sign*

Kip: Like Freestyle said, you've simply GOT to start using regrowth agents. How do you expect to get regrowth without regrowth agents?!

Do some reading on the various types and start using regrowth agents!! There are ALOT of regrowth agents to use. Yes, you will be a "slave" to them. But if you respond you'll be a HAPPY slave!

Examples of regrowth agents: minoxidil., Proxiphen and Proxiphen N, Copper Peptides, Nano shampoo, Grape Seed Extract, Phenytoin, various herbal extracts (there are MANY of these), anti-oxidants, L-Arginine, Adenosine and on and on and on.

Scalp treatments: Retin-A, Azelaic Acid, Zinc, Emu Oil, Olive Oil (any good oil in fact), Copper Peptides, Proxiphen and Proxiphen N, various herbal extracts and essential oils (there are MANY of these), anti-oxidants, Green Tea Extract and on and on and on.

Anti-Androgen topicals: Proxiphen, spironolactone., Revivogen, Green Tea Extract, Zinc, Vitamins B6 & B2, Bayberry Extract, Sophora Root Extract, and other herbal extracts, Caffeine Shampoo, and on and on and on.

Do some reading Kip!! Limiting yourself to finasteride. and Nizoral isn't enough IMHO.

Go over to alt.baldspot.com and do a search on regrowth agents. Do a search on regrowth agents here and other hair loss sites also. Do the same for scalp treatments and anti-androgens.
