Sharing a common ancester with chimps and bonobos we seem to have the aggressive war like instincts of the former and the sexual obsessions of the latter. At least they haven't the intelligence to obsess about hair loss. Seems odd to think that the misery I am going through at the moment is down to genes which probably go back millions of years and have been passed down through the generations. To what point I wonder?? But there is a lot about life which makes very little sense.

This was in the article:
"Scientists believe alopecia can be induced in chimpanzees due to stress or trauma, which can also happen to humans."

Telogen Effluvium?

It's amazing to see how similar their muscle definition is to humans. I am going to print this out and put it in front of me for motivation during workouts.
