Hi...i am getting ready to kick up my regimen and need some input/ advice...Anyways heres my situation:
21 years old, receding from the front (temples) since 16. Alyays had a high hairline and thin hair (textuure wise)
-Started propecia june 2004 1mg, had sexual sides libido loss
-Switched to 0.5mg/day november 2004 have no sides now
-use nizoral/t-gel fuller thicker hair shampoo rotation
hairloss had definately slowed down, dont shed too much hair. temples have hardly changed.
i do not want to add minoxidil at this age of my life.
i am thinking to add a topical dht inhibitor
need opinions on the following)
-Fluridil
-17a estra...something forgot the name..where can i even get this??
-6-bap...need to read up on it...where can i get this also?
-i may give zix a try (zinc and b6 topically)
also i will be taking:
-green tea
-biotin
-multi vit
-l-arginine
if i see no improvement in a year i have $ ready for an FUE with alvi Armani.
