Eucapil hasn't arrived.

I ordered Eucapil from Mensprahma on the 15th of December and it still hasn't arrived yet. Could people who purchase this tell me how much longer I should wait thanks.

Did you get any email from the seller approving that the order had been sent? try to contact them in email/phone.

I ordered once from them, and didn't get any email approving the order, although they billed my paypal account (I guess it's done automatically...). I tried to contact them and got no reply.
I filled a complaint through paypal (paypal play judge and their word is final). And the deal was cancled and my money was returned to me (I guess they don't want to mess with papypal). I have no idea why all of this happend...
I never had any problems ordering from the second shop.
