Estradiol/estriol And Spironolactone?

Dutasteride and RU have both been flops for me. Minoxidil works well but obviously it’s done nothing for the rapid shedding. I’m ready to go nuclear but I’m not sure what that entails. Would it be best to try spironolactone and estradiol/estriol (I don’t know what the difference is between estradiol and estriol and on top of that there seems to be all kinds of ways to take them so if anyone has a recommendation that would be nice.) individually, or should I go ahead and do both? What dosages should I try? Is the best place to order inhousepharmacy? And finally I know this is really risky but are there any safety precautions I should take?

From what I have seen, a combination of an anti-androgen along with estradiol taken sublingually has shown significant results. You should check out this thread:
