I just read about this on wikipedia, it seems in theory that it would be nice. I could see it as being useful to stimulate the regrowth of hairs, and then maintain those hairs with minoxidil or something.
The downside is there is very limited information or anything about it on the internet. I guess the places that do it don't even have websites in English. This makes it seem very shady and possibly a scam. Google up Electrotrichogenesis and tell me what you guys think.
