Its as dangerous as eating undercooked meat. Yes you could eat raw eggs for months or even years without any problems but you could also become very ill, people have died from salmonella or had their health permanantly effected, its just not worth the risk.

yes, eating them raw for many months cause hairloss, but this dont look like receding hairline, it just look like Telogen Effluvium. Remember 2 things:

1. always eat fully cooked eggs, cooking eggs fully will reduce avidin(which in known to bind biotin) in it to 1/3rd and as bonus, cooked eggs contain more absorbable protein.

2. give 2 days rest everyweek;). Biotin deficiency is not common. because we need biotin in very small amount. by any change if you go through biotin deficiency starting stage, these 2 days gap will not let you fall into biotin deficiency.
