Finasteride dont work on the scalp. Finasteride works by inhibiting testosterone from converting to DHT. and that process doesnt happen in the scalp.

Actually estradiol works a lot like Minoxidil for hair. It extends the follicular anagen phase and in high doses will shut down testosterone production . It will also give you a nice set =)

I think we're doing semantics at this point. Isn't shorter and shorter anagen basically the definition of male pattern baldness? By extending the anagen phase you are basically reversing the male pattern baldness process and enabling the hair to grow to full thickness and length again. Isn't this basically reversing and repairing male pattern baldness damage? AKA curing it.
