Is there some kind of diet that would make my remaining hairs whitening as soon as possible? I have noticed i have some notable white hairs on the sides but still the majority of my hair follicles on the top are black. I want to have early silver hairs because it makes the hairloss look much more healthy, my beard still sucks so i can't have any cope, just turned 24 years old right now...
